Ingredients
- 500 g gnocchi
- 4 oz mushrooms (sliced)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 vegetable broth
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp parsley flakes
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
1. In a large pan over medium heat, melt the butter and then sauté the mushrooms until reduced in size (about 5 minutes) 2. Add the rest of the ingredients, and simmer on low heat until the gnocchi has cooked (about 10 minutes).
