- 3 tbsp flour
- 3 cups milk
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, then whisk in flour until there are no lumps. 2. Add milk and whisk together until there are no lumps. 3. Bring to a simmer then stir until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes. 4. Stir in salt and pepper.
