Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 cups uncooked rice (I prefer jasmine)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 cups milk
- 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
1. Add the water, rice, and salt to a small pot and boil until all the water has been absorbed. 2. Stir in the milk and sugar, then simmer until the pudding has the consistency of a thick porridge. 3. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Enjoy hot or cold.
